1. Program Description

Ayala Construction and Restoration, Inc. is a construction and restoration company located at 240 Violet Street, Corona, California 92882. We provide professional construction, remodeling, and restoration services to residential and commercial clients throughout the region.

By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Ayala Construction and Restoration, Inc. via our dedicated SMS number +19518583427. These messages may include, but are not limited to: appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations, project status updates and progress notifications, estimates and quote follow-ups, promotional offers and service announcements, and general customer support communications.

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our SMS messaging program and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ayala Construction and Restoration, Inc. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +19518583427. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 3. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ayala Construction and Restoration, Inc. is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis, and we make no warranty, express or implied, and assume no liability in connection with this service.

4. Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive daily messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Ayala Construction and Restoration, Inc.. By submitting your phone number, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Ayala Construction and Restoration, Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has opted into our SMS program, we will immediately remove that individual from our messaging list.
